The automated analysis is generated by software and may be wrong. You are responsible for your own research, decisions, trades, gains and losses.
The service
Market Tiles is provided as-is for informational purposes only. We do not promise that the app will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
Market data
Market data comes from third parties. It may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that any price, quote, chart, alert or analysis is accurate, complete or timely. Do not rely on Market Tiles alone when making a trading decision.
Pro subscriptions
Pro costs $9.99 per month or $99 per year.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account and renew automatically until cancelled. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
Manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple handles billing and cancellation. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Acceptable use
Use Market Tiles lawfully and for your own information. You must not:
- scrape, resell, republish or redistribute market data or analysis;
- circumvent subscriptions, access controls, usage limits or security measures;
- probe, disrupt, overload or attack the app, its servers or its data providers; or
- use automated requests in a way that harms the service or other users.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Market Tiles and its operators are not responsible for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, lost data or other indirect losses connected with your use of the app.
If the law does not allow a limitation stated here, that limitation applies only to the extent the law permits. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be removed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app or its services change. The “Last updated” date above will show when the terms were revised. Continuing to use Market Tiles after an update means the revised terms apply to your use.
