What do I get for free?
The full heat map on 15-minute-delayed data, three price alerts and the opening line of each night's AI analysis.
What does Pro add?
Pro includes the complete overnight analysis, unlimited alerts, live streaming prices and custom conditions. Conditions can watch percentage moves, volume spikes, support and resistance breaks, or combinations of them. Pro can also alert you when the market breaks the overnight thesis.
My alert fired once and went quiet.
That is deliberate. An alert stops after notifying you. It starts watching again once its condition stops being true, so a stock sitting above your target does not notify you all day.
I'm not getting notifications.
Check that notifications are allowed for Market Tiles in iOS Settings. Alerts still trigger without permission, but iOS will not display them.
How do I cancel?
Open iOS Settings, then go to your name → Subscriptions. Apple handles cancellation, so it cannot be completed inside Market Tiles.
I paid but Pro isn't active.
Use “Restore Purchases” in the app's settings. If Pro still does not activate, email support@markettiles.com.
